The part no one see's...

There’s a whole side to this job that doesn’t get spoken about much. Timelines. Approvals. Moving parts that don’t always move when you want them to.


It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about, but it’s probably one of the most important. Because you can have a really strong idea…but if it doesn’t keep moving, it doesn’t go anywhere. A lot of my role sits in that space. Keeping things progressing without losing what made the idea good in the first place. That might be aligning teams. Chasing feedback. Reworking timelines when something shifts (because something always shifts).


And doing it in a way that still feels calm and considered, even when it’s a bit… not. I’ve learned that creativity and structure aren’t opposites.They actually need each other. The creative is what makes it exciting.The structure is what makes it happen.
